ABOUT EAST TENNESSEE LOCK & KEY SERVICES
Our Story
With a passion for the trade, East Tennessee Lock and Key was first started by Dell Williams in March of 2016. Dell was one of the good guys. Texas born and Tennessee raised. He enjoyed the outdoors, riding his Harley, sports and shooting pool with the guys. Most of all, he loved his family and friends. You could always count on Dell to help you out. Sadly and very unexpectedly, Dell was taken from us too soon in 2021.

In efforts to keep Dell's successful dream and hard work going, the baton has been passed to his friend and fellow locksmith, Gavin Mulligan. Gavin brings 22 years of locksmith experience to the table. He started locksmithing in Alaska which then brought him to the lower 48 to continue and grow his locksmith career (and also get beat by Dell every time they played pool).

As we continue on Dell's business, we will still uphold what was important to him.
